 Ace Cogeneration, LP owns a 108 MW coal-fired cogeneration facility located in Trona, CA. The plant sells electricity and generation capacity to Southern California Edison under a long-term contract.  The plant also provides steam to an adjacent chemicals plant owned by Searles Valley Minerals.

Arkoma Pipeline Partners, LLC owns a 50% interest in a 50-mile pipeline connecting gas produced in the Woodford Shale to the Mid-Continent Express and Gulf Crossing pipelines. The pipeline began commercial operations in July 2009.

Black Point Petroleum was formed to acquire and develop long life, mature, conventional oil producing properties in the mid-Continent region and the Permian Basin of west Texas. 

Bronco owns an interest in Enogex LLC. Headquartered in Oklahoma City, Enogex is an integrated natural gas midstream subsidiary and operates the 11^th largest pipeline network in the U.S. Enogex’s assets are located in the Arkoma and Anadarko basins in Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle, including the Granite Wash and Cana plays.

Charger Oil and Gas, LLC was formed to acquire and develop oil and gas leasehold positions in east Texas and northern Louisiana.

Crawfish Cogen, LLC owns a 50% indirect interest in a 102 MW gas-fired cogeneration facility that sells steam and electricity under long-term contracts to two adjacent industrial hosts.

Element Petroleum, LP, formerly, MPI Energy Partners, LP is an exploration, development and production company focused on the Permian Basin located in west Texas and southeast New Mexico.

Hurrikan Power Funding, LLC owns seven operating wind farms totaling 65 MW and seven development wind farms totaling 85 MW in Germany. 

Liberty Bell Funding, LLC owns a 67.5% lessor interest in a 83 MW waste coal power facility located in Nesquehoning, PA. 

Lonestar Midstream Holdings, LLC owns general and limited partner interests in JP Energy Partners, LP (“JPE”), a privately-held, Texas-based master limited partnership.  JPE’s principal business involves the gathering, transportation, storage and distribution of crude oil, petroleum products, and NGLs.

NET Investment Company, LLC owns a 50% interest in NET Midstream ("NET" or the "Company"), which provides fee based natural gas transportation services to a broad spectrum of wholesale natural gas customers using its own network of pipeline systems. NET Midstream's assets include: Eagle Ford Midstream, which serves producers and gas processors in the Eagle Ford Shale of south Texas; Monument Pipeline, which serves local gas distribution customers and producers in the Houston area; and South Shore Pipeline, which serves the gas requirements of the City of Corpus Christi.

North Sea Infrastructure Holdings, LLC is a partnership with Venture Production plc, that developed a new pipeline to transport oil to market.

Quail Nuclear Specialty Services is an Andrews, TX based construction contractor serving nuclear facilities and the Louisiana Energy Services uranium enrichment facility located in Eunice, NM.

Orchid Environmental Limited was formed in 2002 to design, build, own and operate processing plants which convert solid municipal and commercial waste into higher value biofuel and recyclates. 

PT Holdings owns an interest in one of the largest independent providers of storage and terminaling services for petroleum products in Germany.

Plymouth Petroleum, LLC was formed to acquire and develop long life oil and associated rich gas properties in the Permian Basin of west Texas and southeast New Mexico. 

Redwood owns interests in nine operating gas-fired power facilities located in California.

RepconStrickland, Inc., is a leading specialty industrial services firm that primarily engages in the upgrade, repair, and maintenance of mission-critical operations in the oil refinery industry, including cracking and coker units. 

Sun Peak Power Holdings, LLC owns Nevada Sun Peak, a 222 MW dual-fuel simple-cycle peaking unit located in Las Vegas, Nevada.  

Terra-Gen Power, LLC is a privately held renewable energy company focused on owning, operating, and developing utility-scale wind, geothermal, and solar generation. Terra-Gen owns 1,551 MW, net of operating renewable power projects that were placed in service between 1984 and 2011.

Venango Power, LLC owns a 30% interest in a 87 MW waste coal-fired generator located in Scrubgrass Township, Pennsylvania.
