AL Gulf Coast Terminals, LLC owned 100% interest in the Houston Fuel Oil Terminal Company, LLC, the largest provider of crude and residual fuel oil storage in the Gulf of Mexico.

The Fund sold its interests in AL Gulf Coast Terminals in October 2011.

Anglo-Suisse Offshore Partners, LLC owned and operated producing oil and gas properties in the Gulf of Mexico.

The Fund sold a majority of its interest in Anglo-Suisse to Energy Partners, Ltd. in February 2011.

Atlantic Power Corporation was formed by ArcLight to monetize its interests in a number of contracted power generating plants.

ArcLight sold its interest in Atlantic in a series of public and private offerings between 2004 and 2006.

BGH Holdings used to own general partner and limited partner interests in Buckeye GP Holdings (NYSE: BGH) (“BGH”), the publicly traded general partner of Buckeye Partners (NYSE: BPL) (“BPL”). 

 
ArcLight began exiting its position in BGH in January 2011.

Blue Ridge Asphalt, LLC owned an interest in an asphalt terminaling and storage operation that owned and operated terminal and storage facilities in the states of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.

ArcLight exited its investment in Blue Ridge in March 2012.

Caithness Energy, LLC is a privately held independent power company headquartered in New York City.

Cardinal Power Funding, LLC was formed to fund the development and construction of an 84 mile 500 kV transmission line upgrade along the Path 15 transmission corridor in central California. 

The Fund sold its interest in Cardinal Power in September 2006.

CPV Wind Ventures, LLC was formed by ArcLight and Competitive Power Ventures to develop wind-powered generation facilities in North America. 

 

The Fund sold its interest in CPV Wind in April 2007.

DG Energy Solutions, LLC was established to develop, acquire, own, and operate commercial and industrial cogeneration, biomass, and district energy systems. 

ArcLight sold DG Energy in August 2006.

Epsilon Power, LLC owned a partnership interest in a 262 MW pulverized coal-fired cogeneration facility located at the DuPont’s Chambers Works chemical complex in Carney’s Point, New Jersey. 

The fund sold its interest in Epsilon Power to Atlantic Power Corporation in September 2005. 

Escalade Energy, LLC indirectly owned a majority interest in a 38 MW wood-fired power generation facility located in Cadillac, MI.

Fort Point Power, LLC owned a portfolio of nine operating gas-fired power plants, which have a total generating capacity of approximately 425 MW located throughout the U.S. and in Guam. 

ArcLight sold Fort Point Power in November 2005.

Global3 Energia, SCPA was formed in 1997 to develop, own and operate power generation facilities in Spain. 

The assets of Global3 were sold in two transactions in 2005 and 2006.

 

Grant Peaking Power, LLC owned a 640 MW simple-cycle natural gas-fired peaking generation facility located in Manhattan, Illinois.

The Fund sold its interest in Grant in October 2007.

Great Point Power, LLC owns interests in a fully contracted portfolio of four generation facilities and one electric transmission facility. The Portfolio is composed of approximately 695 MW of net generation and 440 MW of net transmission capacity with assets located in New York, New Jersey, Texas, California and Hawaii.

Juno Energy, LLC was formed to acquire, operate, and develop producing oil properties located in the Permian Basin of west Texas.

The Fund sold a majority of its interests in Juno Energy to an undisclosed buyer in May 2011.

Key Energy Services, Inc. is a publicly traded international oilfield services company based in Houston, TX.

ArcLight acquired its shares in Key in 2010 in connection with Key's acquisition of certain oilfield services companies that were originally acquired by ArcLight between 2006 and 2008. 

Lea Power Partners, LLC owned the Hobbs Generating Station, a 550 MW combined-cycle generating facility in Lea County, New Mexico. 

Lincoln Peaking Power, LLC owned an interest in a 315 MW simple-cycle, natural gas-fired peaking power plant located in Crete, Illinois.

The Fund sold its interest in Lincoln in October 2007.

Magellan Power Holdings, LLC owned a 50% interest in a 87 MW diesel-fired power plant located on the island of Guam.  

The Fund sold its interests in Magellan in March 2007.

 

MCV Power Holdings, LP owned a lessor interest in the Midland Cogeneration Venture (MCV).

ArcLight sold its interest in MCV in May 2009.
 

Mountaineer Gas Holdings owned an unregulated gas exploration and production company in the Appalachian Basin. 

ArcLight sold its interest in the local gas distribution company in early 2012.

MYR Group Holdings is an electric transmission and distribution construction and maintenance company.

ArcLight exited its positions in 2007-2010.

Navy Power Holdings, LLC owned lessor interests in three gas-fired cogeneration facilities in San Diego, California.  

ArcLight sold the Navy Power lessor interests in 2007.
 

Patriot Coal Corporation is a producer and marketer of coal in the eastern United States, with 14 current mining complexes in Appalachia and the Illinois Basin. The company controls approximately 1.9 billion tons of proven and probable coal reserves. Patriot's common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol PCX.

ArcLight has sold substantially all of its interests in Patriot Coal.

Pomifer Power, LLC owned interest in a 153 MW gas and oil-fired cogeneration facility located in Auburndale, Florida. 

ArcLight sold Pomifer in November of 2008.

Quest Cherokee, LLC was formed by ArcLight and Quest Resources Corporation to acquire all of Devon Energy's coal bed methane properties in the Cherokee Basin.

The Fund monetized its position in Quest Cherokee through a recapitalization of Quest Resources Corporation in November 2005.

Southern Pines Energy Investment Co., LLC owned an interest in a high-deliverability salt dome gas storage project in Green County, MS.  

The Fund sold its interests in Southern Pines in February 2011.
 

Venture Production plc was a UK independent oil and gas company focused on the UK and Dutch sectors of the North Sea. 
 

In September 2009, Venture was purchased by Centrica, plc. ArcLight has sold all of its interests in Venture Production.

Waterside Power Holdings, LLC owns a 72 MW oil-fired peaker plant in Stamford, CT.

Zenith Telecom Trust owned 100% of the Class A Certificates of Beneficial Interest of Pinnacle One Partners, LP.  Pinnacle was formed to own the telecommunications assets of TXU Corp. 

The Zenith Certificates of Beneficial Interest were redeemed by TXU in January 2003.
