Mr. Chadbourne joined ArcLight Energy Marketing in 2009. He has 16 years of energy trading and risk management experience. Prior to joining AEM, Mr. Chadbourne was a Director at Kelson Energy, Inc. where he focused on risk management and settlements for a portfolio of merchant generators in various regions across the United States.  Mr. Chadbourne began his career at the State of Maine Bureau of Taxation. Mr. Chadbourne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Public Administration from the University of Maine and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University.
