Ms. Winton joined ArcLight in 2008 and has nearly 29 years in strategy, business development and operations. Prior to joining ArcLight, Ms. Winton worked at Cambridge Associates, where she led development of the client relationship management function and contributed to business development strategy for the firm. Earlier on, Ms. Winton was a senior consultant at McKinsey & Company (1989 to 1995), serving as a senior member of several practice groups and the Boston Office. Following McKinsey, Ms. Winton also worked at Digitas from 1995 to 1998 and, as a consultant, focused on business development. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Dartmouth College and a Master of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College. |
