Mr. Tisdale joined ArcLight in 2001 and has 23 years of legal experience in the areas of investment transactions and fund operations, with 14 years specific to energy finance and private equity. Prior to joining ArcLight, he was Senior Counsel in John Hancock’s Investment Law Division, where he represented investment managers and advised institutional investors in purchasing private debt and equity securities. Prior to joining John Hancock in 1989, Mr. Tisdale was an Associate in the Corporate Finance Department of Csaplar & Bok. Mr. Tisdale earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Middlebury College and a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. |
