Mr. Eaton joined ArcLight in 2006 and has nine years of energy finance and private equity experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Eaton was an Associate at Atlantic Power, a power income fund, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions transactions and asset management. Mr. Eaton began his career at McManus & Miles, a boutique investment bank that specializes in financial advisory and private placement services for companies in the Power and Energy Industry. Mr. Eaton earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University. |
