Mr. Gupta joined ArcLight in 2007 and has 11 years of mergers and acquisitions and private equity experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Gupta was a Manager in the Corporate Finance group at Macquarie Bank, Sydney, where he executed transactions and evaluated opportunities in the financial services sector in Australia/New Zealand, Asia and Europe. Mr. Gupta began his career at Goldman Sachs & Co. in the Mergers and Acquisitions group in New York where he executed transactions in the energy, industrial and retail sectors in the US. Mr. Gupta earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business from Lafayette College, a post graduate diploma in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Sydney and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School. |
