Mr. Cullon joined ArcLight in 2009.  He has twenty nine years of experience in all aspects of development, engineering, construction, start-up and maintenance of coal fired and combined cycle power projects.  Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Cullon was a Vice President and served on the Management Committee of Cogentrix Energy where he managed the corporate project engineering and plant engineering departments, purchasing and construction for new facilities and operating plants including budget responsibility for all departments and projects.  Mr. Cullon also supervised technology selection and thermal cycle design, conceptualengineering, and selection/supervision of outside engineering firms for detailed design of new construction.  Mr. Cullon managedboth the technical and commercial aspects for the equipment procurement, requests for proposals for construction, contract negotiations, and project oversight.  Mr. Cullon is well versed in technical and related commercial support for project development and project financing.  From 1988 to 2002, Mr. Cullon wasChief Civil/Structural Engineer, Project Manager at Cogentrix Energy, and earlier in his career, he was at Burns and Roe.  Mr. Cullon earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of New York.
