Mr. Kilgore joined ArcLight in 2008. He has 16 years of experience in the energy sector. Since 2004, he has consulted for ArcLight on financial and operational assignments. Before working with ArcLight, Mr. Kilgore managed the financial team for the El Paso Corporation. Mr. Kilgore lead more than 70 transactions and raised over $9 Billion in Equity and Debt for Power, Pipeline, Natural Gas and related projects. Mr. Kilgore retired from the U.S. Army in 1996. Mr. Kilgore holds a Bachelors of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Fuqua School at Duke University. |
