Mr. Cosmides joined ArcLight in 2011. He has three years of energy finance experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Cosmides was an Analyst in the Project and Commodity Finance Group at Morgan Stanley in New York, where he focused on structuring and arranging debt, mezzanine and tax equity financings across the energy sector. Mr. Cosmides earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a concentration in Economics.
