Ms. Finn joined ArcLight in 2009 with 16 years of Human Resources experience.  Prior to joining ArcLight she was the Assistant Director of Human Resources with a start-up pharmaceutical company.  Ms. Finn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Vermont.
