Mr. Molke joined ArcLight in 2007 and has 22 years of energy finance, private equity and corporate management experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Molke was the CEO of Barcelona-based, Global3 Energia, one of Spain’s largest and most experienced IPP’s which he founded in 1997. Mr. Molke established Redditch Capital Corporation in 1987 to both make private equity investments and provide advisory services principally within the energy and power industries. Previously, Mr. Molke worked for Bank of America (formerly RepublicBank) as a Vice President within the Western European Division. Mr. Molke received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking, Finance & Investment from the University of Wisconsin. |
