Summary:
Anglo-Suisse Offshore Partners, LLC owns and operates producing oil and gas properties in the Gulf of Mexico. The company’s strategy is to focus its technical and operating expertise to enhance and exploit mature properties in the outer continental shelf. Anglo-Suisse acquired several properties from Chevron Texaco and is actively developing new opportunities to increase production and proven reserves on these leases.

The Fund sold a majority of its interest in Anglo-Suisse to Energy Partners, Ltd. in February 2011.

Juno Energy
Location: Dallas, TX

Summary:
Juno Energy, LLC was formed to acquire, operate, and develop producing oil properties located in the Permian Basin of West Texas. The company's properties are ideal candidates for secondary recovery through a comprehensive waterflood program, which is expected to greatly increase current production and reserve value.

The Fund sold a majority of its interests in Juno Energy to an undisclosed buyer in May 2011.

Patriot Coal
Location: St. Louis, MO

Summary:
Patriot Coal Corporation is the third largest producer and marketer of coal in the eastern United States, with 22 company-operated mines and numerous contractor-operated mines in Appalachia and the Illinois Basin. The company ships to domestic and international electric utilities, industrial users and metallurgical coal customers, and controls approximately 1.8 billion tons of proven and probable coal reserves. Patriot's common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol PCX.

Quest Cherokee
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Initial Investment: 2002
Summary:
Quest Cherokee, LLC was formed by ArcLight and Quest Resources Corporation to acquire all of Devon Energy's coal bed methane properties in the Cherokee Basin. Quest Cherokee owns and operates the combined Quest and Devon CBM assets and is the largest coal bed methane producer and gatherer in the Cherokee Basin.

The Fund monetized its position in Quest Cherokee through a recapitalization of Quest Resources Corporation in November 2005.

Venture Production
Location: Aberdeen, Scotland
Initial Investment: 2006
Summary:
Venture Production plc is a UK independent oil and gas company focused on the UK and Dutch sectors of the North Sea. Venture's strategy is to acquire, develop and bring into production discovered but undeveloped oil and gas fields, collectively known as 'stranded' reserves. Venture is listed on the FTSE 250.
 
In September 2009, Venture was purchased by Centrica, plc.
