Mr. Picotte joined ArcLight in 2001 and has 17 years of energy finance and private equity experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Picotte was a Vice President at Berenson Minella & Company's energy advisory practice where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. From 1997 to 1998, he was with the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Picotte began his career in the Corporate Finance Department at Schroders. Mr. Picotte earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Harvard University. |
