Mr. Chen joined ArcLight in 2008.  He has four years of energy finance experience.  Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Chen was an Analyst at NGP Capital Resources Company, a publicly traded business development company, where he focused on making mezzanine investments in the upstream, coal, and oilfield service sectors of the energy industry.  Mr. Chen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
