Mr. Mills joined Arclight in 2006 and has thirty six years of experience in all phases of power projects including construction, engineering management, start-up, operations and maintenance and contract evaluation and negotiations. Mr. Mills’ has experience with large and complex power generating facilities including coal, gas and wind projects. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Mills was the General Manager of two wind projects for Horizon Wind Energy that totaled 520 MWs and was Senior Project Manager of four coal fired projects totaling 515 MWs and one 815 MW combined cycle project for Cogentrix Energy Inc. |
